The Editor-in-Chief, in collaboration with the editorial team, is responsible for ensuring the academic quality, integrity, and strategic development of the journal. The Editor-in-Chief provides overall leadership and holds final responsibility for editorial decisions and the long-term direction of the journal.

The responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Defining and periodically reviewing the aims and scope of the journal;
• Overseeing the editorial process and ensuring compliance with established editorial policies and procedures;
• Managing an efficient and fair peer-review system in collaboration with the editorial team to ensure timely publication;
• Ensuring that all published content meets the journal’s quality and scientific standards;
• Upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity;
• Addressing cases of research misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of ethical violations;
• Providing guidance and support to editors and editorial board members as needed;
• Representing the journal at editorial meetings, publisher discussions, and academic conferences to enhance its scholarly reputation and international visibility.
